Volunteers Needed

RAIC | Architecture Canada and the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) is seeking volunteers to help out during the Festival of Architecture to be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from June 3-6, 2015 in Calgary, Alberta. The Festival, a celebration of Architecture and Design, brings together practitioners from across the nation, and beyond, to explore, share, learn and grow.

We have now met our volunteer requirements. Thank you to all those who have applied.

The RAIC and AAA are looking for volunteers who:

• Can speak fluent English
• Are energetic and have a positive attitude
• Are responsible, reliable and resourceful
• Can attend a training session (date to be determined)
• Can assume their own travel and accommodation expenses

You receive:

• Free entry to the continuing education courses and/or events to which you are assigned
• Access to the College of Fellows Convocation and Reception
• A reference for your CV
• The opportunity to meet architects from all over
• A t-shirt and delegate bag
• A rewarding experience

We offer:

• A training session (mandatory – date to be determined)
• Coffee breaks in the volunteer room
• A meal before or after your shift of 5 hours or more
